01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Located along the bustling Jl. Raya Merak in Tangerang, BAKSO AREMA stands out as a beloved destination for bakso enthusiasts craving authentic Indonesian meatball soup. This cozy eatery exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both lively and comfortable, even during peak hours. Despite the crowd, the service remains attentive and pleasant, making every visit enjoyable.

BAKSO AREMA’s signature offering centers around its exceptionally flavorful bakso—meatballs that are tender and juicy, with a delightful balance of texture and taste. Customers frequently praise the bakso urat, known for its slightly chewy texture thanks to the tendon ingredients, and the stuffed bakso which bursts with savory filling. The accompanying kuah (broth) is rich and deeply satisfying, infused with a distinct, comforting flavor that leaves a lasting impression.

Another highlight is the mie ayam bakso combination, where the noodles are expertly cooked to a perfect springy bite, melding beautifully with the savory soup and meatballs. Each spoonful offers a harmonious play of textures: soft noodles, tender bakso, and a fragrant broth that entices you to savor every drop.

Though the menu’s limited drink selection was noted, with patrons wishing for a warm sweet tea to complement the meal, the overall value and quality easily compensate for this minor detail. The affordable prices make it a fantastic spot for casual dining where you can indulge in hearty, satisfying Indonesian street food without breaking the bank.

BAKSO AREMA captures the essence of traditional bakso with its homely charm and flavorful dishes that invite repeat visits. Whether you’re a local or a traveler passing through Tangerang, it’s a culinary gem worth exploring for an authentic taste of Indonesia’s beloved meatball soup.
